Online Therapy for Military Couples

Are you having the same arguments with your partner repeatedly? Maybe you feel resentful or like you’re walking on eggshells, with small interactions leading to big conflicts. You may start to wonder, “Do they care about me?” or “Do they understand how I feel?” At times, avoiding conversations to prevent arguments may feel like the only option. As a military couple, you face unique challenges—deployments, long separations, relocations, trust issues, and balancing family and military life. Yet you long to reconnect, have open conversations without fear, and restore closeness and intimacy.

I work with military couples—whether dating, engaged, or married—to break free from old communication patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we build new ways of connecting that reignite the spark, deepen love, and foster a strong sense of unity. I aim to help couples rediscover the feeling of being a team, fully supported by one another.

By overcoming communication barriers, my couples feel safe expressing their true feelings. By identifying where they get stuck, couples learn to be more vulnerable and share emotions without fear of upsetting their partner. As a result, conflicts decrease, and feelings of hope and trust grow.
